The chart below shows the percentage of times in which each particular justice joined the opinion of the Court in its entirety. It reflects the outcome of cases issued by the Colorado Supreme Court during the first portion of the 2010-11 term prior to Chief Justice Mullarkey's retirement.
One fact that is crystal clear from this chart is Justice Hobbs' role as the swing vote. If you get Justice Hobbs' vote, you win.
(Please note the difference in voting records reflected on this chart is magnified by the fact that I have restricted the range of values along the y-axis from 50%-100%. Thus, although Justice Eid voted in the majority more than half of the time, her entry on the graph appears quite low.)
